Designed by Maddie Moon and hand crafted in Guatemala using high quality leather and beautifully hand woven huipile fabrics, each belt is truly one of a kind wearable art. The huipile textiles are traditionally woven by Indigenous artisans using techniques passed down through generations — every pattern carrying its own story, culture, and spirit.

Introducing our one-of-a-kind Luna Maya belt collection — crafted from high quality leather and handwoven huipil textiles. Each piece is completely unique, adjustable, and made to move with you 💫
Huipil (pronounced wee-peel) textiles are traditional garments woven by Indigenous women in Guatemala using backstrap looms — a centuries-old technique passed down through generations. Each pattern, color, and symbol tells a story… representing a specific village, family lineage, and cultural identity. These textiles aren’t just fabric — they are living art, woven with intention, history, and soul.
We’ve carefully sourced and repurposed these beautiful huipiles, giving them new life while honoring the hands and traditions that created them. Paired with durable, high quality leather, each belt becomes a wearable piece of art — no two are ever the same.
