Worth the hike! Today after doing some of our our research on our own, we came across an old blog post from 2009 about a spot far outside of South Fork. We anticipated based on the post a 3 mile hike in...but turned into a 19 mile day! We were totally unprepared from the brutal day of hiking, but it was well worth the epic action on the water. Today was filled with catching wild cutthroat, brooks, rainbows and hybrids in a stretch of the Rio Grande that we'll keep unnamed.
