LOA is entering a temporary operational pause.
This brand was built in a garage with limited tooling, no outside capital, and an unhealthy amount of persistence. That phase proved something important: the idea works. The products work.
It also exposed the ceiling of doing this the hard way.
Rather than continue in a half-measure state, LOA is stepping back to rebuild properly. Over the coming months, the focus will be on retooling, designing the next generation of innovative products, securing capital, and constructing a launch plan that gives this brand the foundation it deserves.
This is not a shutdown. It’s a refit.
LOA isn’t disappearing. It’s being rebuilt with intent. When it returns, it does so as a serious, scalable gear company, not a one-man experiment held together by grit.
