To all the hockey fans out there, I’d like to share that my son plays for the 18UB Tacoma Rockets, based out of Tacoma Twin Rinks. As many of you know, hockey is an expensive sport, and with the current state of the economy, some families find themselves in challenging situations. Many are faced with tough decisions, such as whether to allocate their limited resources toward their child's future in hockey or simply put food on the table. It's not uncommon for parents to work multiple jobs or incur debt to support their children's dreams, especially since scouting for junior hockey starts at age 13. For families who have had their kids on the ice since they were toddlers, not competing is not an option, as college and junior professionals are always watching.
After conducting thorough research, I've discovered that there are limited scholarships and grants available for hockey players. Therefore, our team will be hosting various fundraisers, but what we truly hope for is the support of a local community sponsor.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals, the team, or general donations. By sponsoring our 18UB hockey team, you will not only be making a meaningful contribution to the community, but you will also gain valuable exposure for your business.
Our hockey team consists of 15 to 20 players each season, and we compete against multiple teams, both in-state and out-of-state. This means your business could receive branding exposure to hundreds, if not thousands, of people depending on our schedule and marketing efforts. In our Pacific Northwest area alone, we expect approximately 180 impressions. With such visibility, your support for the Tacoma Rockets 18UB team will be remembered.
This season, we would greatly appreciate having a season sponsor in exchange for the following benefits:
