We're coping with some serious FOMO as one of our favorite market coordinators is holding a great market this weekend! If you're in the Lacy area, head over to the Thurston County Fairgrounds and support some of our fellow vendors for their Irish Fest Market.

For those who are wondering, Inspired By Lauren is taking a break right now to focus on Lauren's next big open heart surgery and other major life changes. We'll be back at the markets when life at home slows down a bit. Meanwhile, have a wonderful Spring and get out there to support small businesses!

I've received a few messages in the past few weeks asking about which markets we plan to go to this year. Due to some big unplanned changes in our 2026 life plans, we will be taking a little break from markets until late spring to early summer. The good news is that gives me some extra months to craft some new products. We look forward to seeing you all in the near future!

For those who were wondering if I would have any bear pocket reversible overalls this year…I think this will be one of my cutest versions. A VERY limited run of 0-3m though 4T will be available at Holidays in the Northwest Market this coming Friday and Saturday (11/28-11/29) at the Thurston County Fairgrounds. If you want to snag one for your little cutie, I highly recommend showing up at the market sooner than later!!! These ones sell out first every single year!

This is what 8 wide yards of freshly washed brand-quality denim looks like. FYI, I ALWAYS wash my fabric with free & clear detergent and dry without fabric softeners before crafting my playful & practical clothing for children. Not only does this clean off any dirt and debris from maufacturing/shipping/storage, but it also preshrinks and sets in the colors, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting garment.

This is just one of the many reasons buying from local handmade businesses!

Can you believe it is already November!? 😱 I don't know about you, but staring at these kitties while I make the newest run of grow-with-me hoodies, I feel like I can relate to each and every one of them. Today, I'm thinking #2 is my guy! 🤣 You'll be able to find these fabulous felines at this coming weekend at the Thurston County Fairgrounds. Doors are open on Friday (11/7) from 4pm-8pm, and Saturday (11/8) from 9am-4pm. Get a kick start on your holiday shopping before the seasonal chaos begins!
