BIG developments in the Tyler Robinson trial for the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Today in Utah, the judge found a prosecutor in civil contempt for violating the gag order with media comments that could’ve prejudiced the jury pool. Defense pushed hard to yank the death penalty off the table… but the judge said NO.
Instead, Robinson gets extra jury selection perks: more strikes, deeper qualifying questions, etc.

The judge was literally reading from a script and had some slip-ups 👀
