A day on the Green River fly fishing backwards. It's never about catching fish, but about getting your rhythm in sync with that of the ever flowing fresh water blue ribbons... or so I was pholosophizing just yesterday.

Until I got to Section A below the Dam and the wind picked up and the flow was at 1800 cfs and 20 obnoxious rafters came flooding down the canyon and what the old men around the fire told u were biting, were NOT, so I switch it up with my own set up and my own casting form and conjured up two beautiful rainbows, just within the limits, I don't need quantity... and a rare lady angler just in time to capture it all and net for you. God's glory! It's still not about catching fish.
