Handmade markets hit different.
Mass-produced shopping doesn’t let you meet the human behind the thing.
That’s what I love about setting up in person. People stop, point, laugh, tell me who they’d gift something to, or find the tiny oddball item that feels weirdly made for them.
And when someone chooses something from my booth? Oof. Tiny heart confetti. It means a lot knowing a handmade piece is heading home with an actual person, not disappearing into the big-box void.
This was my booth from the past week, full of little treasures doing their best to find their people.
If you stopped by, what caught your eye? I love hearing what makes people pause. Bel-Air first Friday and Towson fall fest.
