Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Martinez to our team as the new General Manager of Capital Textile Service, Inc.

Jennifer brings a strong background in leadership, customer relations, property management, team training, employee engagement, and business development.

A Virginia native, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. Outside of work, she's a proud wife, mother of five, and grandmother of six.

We're excited to have Jennifer on board and look forward to the experience and leadership she brings to our team.

Last week, our team came together at the Hampton Inn by Hilton just outside Richmond, Virginia, for our Managers Meeting. We were able to collaborate on new strategies for supporting both current and future partners. It is always valuable to get everyone in the same room and learn from one another. We especially appreciated the opportunity to hear insights from our President, David Struminger.

A special thank you to our partners, Wong’s Tacos - Midlothian and Pizza&BeerRva, for providing a fantastic lunch. From tacos and salsa to pasta and more, the food was a hit with the entire team.

We look forward to our next Managers Meeting and the opportunity to gather and exchange ideas that help us serve our partners better every day.
