We would like to thank all of the firefighters and first responders who assisted in fighting the fire that occurred on Friday. We would also like to thank our family and friends for all of their love, encouragement and support.
To all of our Brides, Grooms and Prom goers:
All tuxedos are kept at our warehouse in Trenton, NJ; NOT at the Bristol store. We will make arrangements for you to pick up your tuxedos at another location the week of your event as originally planned. We are in the process of setting up another tuxedo measuring, rental pick-up and drop-off location. We will notify all customers once that location is operational.
All customers' dresses were removed from the store immediately. They were stored nowhere near the fire location and sustained no water damage, however, any dresses we found to have any lingering smoke smell to them are being reordered on Rush delivery. The few dresses that cannot be reorder are being professionally cleaned to rid them of any lingering smoke smell.
We will contact you when your new dresses are in or back from being professionally cleaned. You can call us at 215-785-5444 or dm us with any questions. We will be contacting all customers as soon as our pick-up location is operational. Please do not call our NJ warehouse as they are unable to assist you or give you any information.
We realize that weddings are a very stressful time for Brides and Grooms and this is another added stress that they do not need; we are working hard to make things as easy as possible considering the circumstances. Please work with us as we try to navigate how to put back the pieces of a business we love. Since 1975 we have been involved in of generations of weddings and special occasions and we are here for you today.
