This seems like lifetimes ago… Somethings never change. My love of that morning cup of coffee & being in nature. When life seems to have turned your world upside down and nothing makes sense to you, a tiny little ritual like a cup of morning coffee, prayer & meditation can keep you grounded in the midst of chaos and uncertainty.

I hate change. My Ta**us self longs for comfort and stability in this unknown… and these past 2 years have been relentless in the constant shift and change that has become my life.
Every time I think I have found something to settle into, there is another shift and my soul is tired.

I know there is a lesson in the discomfort. I know I am growing into the next chapter God has for me.
This has been a dark season. One of loss, grief and uncertainty. Most days I feel like I am stumbling around in a dark and unfamiliar place where I don’t know… I don’t know what I am doing.
I don’t know where I’m going
(literally😂)

All the things that were landmarks to my life and how it works are gone. Some thrive on that energy. I do not. Please do not tell me God has a plan for me. Do not tell me to lean not on my own understanding. That’s not what this is about. I KNOW that God is working in my life in ways I don’t understand. Yet.

The Dark Night of the Soul is a journey God puts us on to strip us bare. So we have no other choice but to let go and trust it will all work out. In ways better than we could possibly predict… that does not mean it’s easy.
It is not without pain. Grief can come in many forms, but always leaves you feeling like a hole has been punched through your gut, and it feels like there will never be anything that could ever fill that space again.

Seasons can be short and seasons can be long but eventually that season WILL fade and a new one WILL begin. The Sun will always rise.
Darkness does not last forever…
and I’m ready for that sunrise. Coffee in hand of course🙏🏻☀️🙏🏻☕️☕️☕️

This full Moon in Aries is also a super moon and known as the Harvest Moon.
A powerful time of completion and letting go. I’d be lying if I said this past season was easy. If you have felt lost, lonely or overwhelmed this past season it’s ok.
So many people are sensitive. Massive amounts of people are waking up because of the energies coming and opening here in this heartbreaking and magically beautiful place we call Earth.
With the massive energies can come restlessness, overwhelm and even confusion. If this is you, it’s OK.
Let go.
Do some simple act to be in nature, breathe, and surrender to what is.
Over the next days the energies will lighten. You will feel the pull to start again.
A newness of self comes with Aries. Spend today in reflection of what you can release so there is space for your becoming.
This mandala was a beautifully simple way to just be, let go and breathe.
