Went to Ohio Thrift on Cleveland with the amazing artist, YANI SHENG. She was my lucky charm-found a brand new Brother Project Runway sewing machine (never used) and a pair of heels that are safe for me to walk in. Best thrifting partner! Now I have to go back for the hat!

I have never ever seen a more beautiful calla lily. It looks like fairies live and dance here. Took so many photos so I can paint them and use their color in my next warp.

Late night ideas. I was thinking of making a fancy, new, 3d printed shuttle to hold my wire spools. But, I think, will work out just fine.

Ever had a yarn too pretty to craft with? I dyed this-rayon-to use as weft for scarves. It now has a “My Precious” vibe.

Waiting for yarn to dry is not my strong point. But I think the boots are lovely.

And this is what I do for my warp-painted shawls and scarves. Once I have wrapped the warp into a plastic burrito using the tablecloth, I have to wait overnight before I can see how the colors reacted. With the whorls I used for the painting, I have no idea of how it will look on the loom or woven. Next steps will be opening my warp burritos, washing and rinsing the yarns and waiting for them to dry. The colors will be much lighter.
