It’s taken tons of time, been a frustrating process, I’ve been talked down to by a lot of dudes, I’ve stressed over money, cried and cried out of frustration and loneliness and fear doing this by myself.

And now it’s done, and I just feel so proud that I figured it all out. I feel Capable & Strong.

And hey, I know I’m bragging a little bit right now. And if that rubs you the wrong way, I may not be the gal for you and you don’t need to be looking at my life at all🤷‍♀️ As a single woman business owner, who just negotiated hard for, and bought this with my own money that I earned thru hard work, I’m bragging. 😘🍑

Me with some vintage Valentino = 🐷 in 💩

This is an incredibly rare, high end vintage fashion Mod hat. From the very end of the 1960s Mod era and the early 70s dawn of the Space Age era.

Made in Italy, and sold either at the Milan or NYC store. My money is on Milan because the prior owner was known to take frequent shopping trips to Italy, and we found Italian Pucci, and many other high end designers in her closet.

I’d keep this for myself and wear it all Fall and Winter, but I’d rather pay my rent and my team at the shop this month, so here’s your chance.

A world without indie storefronts is not that far down the road if we don’t change up how we spend some of our money.

I don’t mean every purchase has to be at a small business. I still buy shi7 from Be7os sometimes too. But if more of us tried a little bit. Damn that would be some change.
