New Leaf Studios Hi, I'm Judith. I have been sewing since the age of ten and was lucky enough to be of the generation that could take sewing classes in school.

By the sixth grade I was making my own clothing and beginning to hone more advanced skills. By senior year of high school I was costuming the school plays. Costume design continued through college and eventually led to work as a freelance costumer and co-owning a costume shop. Costuming requires a myriad of alterations and often the complete transformation of one garment into another. I also worke
