My mom went to be with the Lord this week. I’ve spent the week thinking of her-she was funny and she loved BIG. If Connie loved you, you knew it. She never stopped telling me how proud she was of me and I’ll miss the best roommate ever. 💕

I take comfort knowing she is with the Lord. This world is not our home.

GOODNESS this quilt was fun to finish. Geri used some fabulous scraps to make a bright and beautiful star quilt. We went with a pantograph that included circles and stars and it turned out perfectly!!

Mandy brought this quilt to me and told me I could use any pantograph I wanted on it. I believe her words were “my sister always said just make sure there is thread holding it together and I’ll be fine.”

I went with fusion and I love the movement in it! I can only imagine the crinkle it will have once washed.
