Andrea started sewing when she was 8 years old, fixing her stuffed animals and making outfits for her American Girl Doll. She attended Indiana University and studied Fashion Design. After graduating she worked as a seamstress in Indiana, then later moved to L.A. to work in fashion design. She decided to leave L.A. to move to the Midwest to start her own business.
