In less than two weeks, everything I’ve been working on for the past several months will finally come together.

Resilience: Stories of Strength, Culture & Creation is more than a fashion show. It’s an evening bringing together my work as an artist and designer with African textile traditions, movement, food, and community.

A little behind the scenes from Saturday. 🤎

No professional photos yet — just a few moments captured on my phone while everything was happening around me.

After months of painting, designing, sewing, planning and imagining what this could become, it felt a little surreal to finally see the pieces on the models.

And then seeing one of the models standing there with one of my paintings… my two creative worlds suddenly came together in one frame.

Just a little glimpse for now. ✨
