Epilogue Woods will be selling tables, cutting boards, and serving trays at the Carroll Park Fair in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn on Saturday. He'll be there from 10a-5p.

The easiest way to get there is to take the F or the G to the Carroll stop, you can't miss the park from there!

Big moment for Epilogue! Eli vigilantly scoped out this walnut tree in Pound Ridge that was standing dead. Soon, after it is taken down, we will cut it into slabs and they'll be put into the kiln!

Sublime sassafras!!! This table marks a new direction for Epilogue. While we're maintaining the quality that we always put into each piece, this one represents a more "rough hewn" style. The table remains very chic and modern, but more of the wood's story comes through in this particular table.

One of our latest creations, a gorgeous Ambrosia Maple Coffee Table that is just dripping with great details. This is one of my definitely favorite creations to-date. Eli is getting really good at filling in veins with epoxy, and this table is the best example thus far. Check it out, you won't regret it!

The kiln is loaded up with a few different woods:

- Cherry: 29%
- Sugar Maple: 30%

These boards will be in the kiln for about a year, and will need to be brought down to about 7% humidity so that they can be used inside a modern home without fear of warping and checking.

I'll be posting regular updates on the contents of the solar kiln, so be sure to keep checking in!
