After much thought and many conversations, I have made the difficult decision not to organize a large memorial ride for Andy this year.
This decision has weighed heavily on my heart, and I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what felt right. While it wasn't easy, I feel it is the right choice for this year.
I want to sincerely thank everyone for the incredible love, support, and kindness you have shown our family over the years. The memorial rides, the memories shared, and the way everyone has continued to honor Andy have meant more than words can express.
Some people will still be riding, but we won't be doing all of the formalities this year. Instead, the focus will simply be on spending time together, sharing stories, and remembering Andy in our own way.
And if we're being honest, Andy is probably shaking his head and wondering what all the fuss has been about anyway! He would likely be the first one to tell us to quit making such a big deal out of him and just enjoy being together.
Thank you all again for your understanding, your support, and for continuing to keep Andy's memory alive. It means the world to us.
