The bag features leather threaded silver chain link shoulder straps, a matching front patch pocket and logo printed on the bottom and covered in vinyl. The top opens to a silver nylon interior with zipper pockets.

The clutch has a classic shape with a frontal flap and a brass signature plate, a gold chain strap, and patent leather crossbody strap. The flap opens to an interior of matching fabric with a leather card slot panel and a zipper pocket.

❤️Vernis on this is in overall great condition. There are a couple of spots of color transfer (circled) and some cracking in the folds. These can not be seen while carrying.
🩷Hardware is also in good overall condition. Shows some spots of tarnish/scratches.

What's your preference; vintage or brand new?

I can see perks to both.
Vintage has imo better canvas and craftsmanship. You can get really great deals on vintage where you can replace vachetta and end up with a like new bag in some instances.
However is there anything like opening up a beautiful box wrapped up from the store/online?
