He was the recipient in 1990 of a Visual Artist Fellowship from the National Endowment of the Arts and received a fellowship and numerous awards from the Rhode Island State Council of the Arts.

The form-fitting silver cuff comprising 14 molded reticulated linked segments of repeating overlapping pierced fishscale pattern. The gold tone closure is marked LISNER(c). Very good condition. 3.40 ounces.
