📜 ORDER POLICIES
Please read before ordering
🕒 BUSINESS HOURS & RESPONSE TIME
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed weekends and holidays
Messages received on weekends will be answered the next business day.
💳 PAYMENT
• Payment is due at the time of order
• Orders are not started, designed, or placed in the production queue until payment is received
• Sending a message or inquiry does not reserve a production spot
• All custom orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once payment is made
⏳ TURNAROUND TIME
• Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays
• Turnaround begins after payment is received and all details are approved
• Rush orders may be available and are not guaranteed
🎨 DESIGN & ARTWORK
• Simple edits (text changes, minor layout or color adjustments) are included
• Custom designs, redesigns, business branding, or multiple revisions may require a design fee
• Design fees will be quoted and approved before work begins
• Inspiration photos and mockups are for reference only; exact replicas are not guaranteed
🎨 COLORS, PRINT & GARMENTS
• Colors may appear different on screens due to lighting and device settings
• Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed
• Fabric blends, dye lots, and print methods may cause slight color variation
• Print placement and sizing may vary slightly by garment size
• Shirt brands, styles, or colors may be substituted if unavailable
💸 DISCOUNT CODES
• Discount codes are valid on regular-priced items only
• Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items, bulk pricing, custom design fees, or rush orders
• Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated
📦 PICKUP POLICY
• Orders are placed in the pickup box unless otherwise arranged
• Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification
• After 3 days, I am not responsible for damage, weather exposure, or missing items
📏 SIZING & APPROVAL
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size
• Size charts are available upon request
• Proofs must be approved before production
• Once approved, I am not responsible for overlooked errors (spelling, dates, sizing, etc.)
🏷️ SALE & DISCOUNT PRICING
• Sale pricing and discounted pricing are only valid during the stated promotional time frame
• Once a sale or promotion has ended, pricing will return to regular pricing
• Expired sales or discounts cannot be honored, extended, or applied retroactively
• Orders must be paid in full during the promotion period to qualify for sale pricing
