Can’t get over how important it is to IDENTIFY your feelings and COMMUNICATE them. We are not built for this life to go through it alone and we need others to survive. But our friends, family, and significant other are not mind readers and can’t help you if you cannot communicate how you feel. This week I challenge you to identify the areas in your life where you need help and reach out to your support system to get what you need 💛 I admire your strength and I value your mental health 🦋🧠
