A little over a year ago, we made the move from our 3,200 square foot space into what is now our 9,000 square foot warehouse. At the time, it felt like a huge step for AKA, but looking back at everything that has happened since, it’s pretty incredible to see just how much we’ve continued to grow into this space.

Over the past year, we’ve welcomed five more amazing people to the AKA team, added three additional office spaces, finished our showroom, bought a new van, and expanded our inventory more than ever before. We’ve introduced new colorways in our Summit, Summit+ and Venture styles, and even continued growing our patch wall.

And while we’re proud of everything that has changed within these walls, none of it would be possible without the people who continue to support us. We’re incredibly grateful for our customers, friends, families and the amazing community that has supported AKA along the way.

Thank you for trusting us to be a small part of your businesses, teams, events, organizations and everything in between. We’re excited to keep creating great products, keep growing alongside all of you, and see where the next year takes us!

📣 We’re Hiring!

AKA is looking to add another member to our team!

We’re a custom apparel and promotional products company specializing in premium hats, patches, embroidery, laser engraving, and branded merchandise. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and helping businesses, organizations, and events bring their ideas to life.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in doing quality work, and doesn’t mind jumping in wherever they’re needed. No two days are exactly the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Some of the things you’ll help with include:
• Reviewing customer orders before production
• Checking inventory and materials for quality
• Packaging finished products with care and attention to detail
• Working alongside our team to keep orders moving and on schedule

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Organized and dependable
✔ Comfortable working on their feet and using their hands throughout the day
✔ Able to work independently while also being a great teammate
✔ Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
✔ Good at prioritizing tasks and solving problems as they come up

📍 Location: Richfield, WI

We’re open to part-time or full-time, though we’re ideally looking for someone who can work at least two full days each week.

Our schedule is Monday–Friday, with a flexible start time and the workday ending no later than 4:00 PM.
