We raise AQHA and Brumbee Sisters young horses to be Ready-to-Start—not already finished, but handled, documented, exposed, and prepared to learn.

Cole leads the horse-development side through KB Ranch Training, including KB Ranch Started, Ranch-Trained, and Ranch-Proven horses based on verified work.

I take the lessons we learn in the pasture, in business, and in hard conversations and turn them into practical leadership for ranch owners, rural managers, business owners, and working leaders.

The Circle is where those conversations can grow into community.

And the western goods are badges for people who live this life—not costumes for people pretending to.

Patience is a form of courage. Spent three hours working this young horse today. No shortcuts. No frustration. Just presence and patience until he trusted the process. That's leadership. Same energy in the arena as in the boardroom.
