I have created this business with the love of making things special and unique. I can create anything from a custom designed T-Shirt to a beautiful wooden sign to put on your wall. I have a strict NO RETURNS
OR REFUND policy for custom made items. I work very hard to insure that you are getting what you want. I can send font options, size charts for T-Shirts, color options and a proof for approval. After you place your order if you change your mind you have 48 hours after your payment is made to request a full refund. Between that time and the time of delivery or shipment if you decide you don't want the item I will only refund 50% of the original price. The reason for that is that I have to pay for the materials to create your order and that is normally about 50% of the price that I charge. No Returns are permitted. Because of the custom nature of my business, please allow 5-10 business days for completion of your order. I will contact you when your items is ready to be picked up or shipped.
