My name is Amanda, and I do a little knitting and crocheting in my free time. A few years ago, I broke my hip while trail running and found myself sitting for 3 months. I took that opportunity to teach myself to crochet and my passion grew from there! A year ago we had our first daughter who is the inspiration for my little knitting shop! One of my favorite things about being part of the knitting community is getting to cheer on talented friends. 💚

When my friend put out a test knit call for her new Leafy Tee design for , I knew it would be a fun project.

What I didn’t expect was to end up with one of my favorite garments I’ve ever made.

The leafy yoke is absolutely stunning, but what surprised me most was the fit. It’s flattering, comfortable, and one of those rare handknits that feels just as good to wear as it was to make.

I already know this one is going to be a staple in my wardrobe.

Congratulations, friend. You absolutely knocked this design out of the park. 🍃

A little peek at what I’ve been creating with the Caydo i-cord machine you watched me unbox the other day! ✨

I had a million ideas and I wanted to design something playful, textured, and cozy that really highlighted the handmade feel of the i-cord details…and these crochet coasters ended up being such a fun experiment.

I’ll be sharing the full process and machine setup soon, but for now… which style would you choose? Loops, pom poms or tassels? 👀🧶
