ORDER PLACEMENT:
All orders must be placed through my website at www.drunknllama.com. Items must be paid prior to item being started. Items noted on website as “Custom Order” can be place

Once an order is placed, Drunk’n Llama Designs will contact you within 24 hours with any further questions. An invoice to include mock-up fee will be sent to the email address provided and must be paid prior to work starting on your custom order. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days. MOCK-UP POLICY:
This shop offers mock up services for items noted on website as “Custom Order” to allow potential customers to see what their final product will look like, before placing an order. Mock ups are digital representatives of physical products. Due to their digital nature, colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly. Mock up services cost a small nominal fee of $5 for time and will be invoiced prior to placing a full order. Once paid, the mock up will be created and provided to the customer within 48 hours for review. One set of modification is included in the mock up pricing. The mock up fee will be applied to the customer's final invoice if an order is placed. If an order is not placed, the mock up fee is non-refundable. PAYMENT POLICY:
All items on the Drunknllama.com website and Drunk’n Llama Designs page are made to order. Please note that payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and before work begins on your order. If order is a “Custom Order”, Drunk’n Llama Designs will invoice through PayPal to the email address supplied on the order form within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once payment is received, Drunk’n Llama Designs will begin work on your order. PAYMENT TYPE:
This shop accepts credit card, PayPal balance and cash only. Sorry, we can't accept personal checks, even on local orders. TURNAROUND TIME:
We strive to complete all orders within 5 business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it – so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a lightly longer turn around time. Please expect potential increased delays during heavy sale periods and holidays. RUSH ORDER POLICY:
Any order requested to be complete and delivered in less than five business days is considered a rush order. A rush order fee, starting at $9.65 per USPS Priority mail, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well. Rush delivery is not available for bulk ordering. LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY:
This shop does not offer local pick up, meet up, or delivery options. All orders will be shipped. DELIVERY POLICY:
Orders ship from Fort Worth, TX, within 3-5 business days. We ship all orders through USPS and provide tracking confirmation via email. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY. Drunk’n Llama Designs does not offer refunds at this time. We do offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt with a 15% restocking fee. No refunds or returns will be accepted on “Custom Orders”. No exceptions. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt (excluding final sale items, holiday collections, and custom orders). To return an item, please make sure it is unworn, with tags, and has no odors. Don't forget to include the order number. The order must be returned before any exchange can take place. Please note that we don't cover the shipping fee, shipping fee will be added to your cart to send the replacement. Contact customer service for return shipping label. Please see our “Exchange Process” for me details. Also note that any product that will be purchased using the shop credit will no longer be eligible for any returns/exchanges in the future. Please contact us during weekdays as we are closed on weekends. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the fees involved with credit card processing we cannot cancel an order once it was placed. Please be mindful of your payment type and coupon codes before placing your order. BULK DISCOUNT POLICY:
Bulk orders may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of more than two dozen is considered bulk. In order to be eligible for a 10% bulk order discount, all items in the order must placed at the same time and must be exactly the same in design, color, and size. The only exception is on single letter monogram as long as the size and color of each is the same. Exchange Process
Thank you for purchasing an item(s) from Drunk’n Llama Designs. You have 48 hours from the time you receive your Package / Item(s) to send us an email at [email protected] letting us know what is wrong with the item(s) as well as photos of the item(s). We will need to approve the return first and will email you the return shipping address where you need to return item. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. When sending item for return, please email us a picture of the Receipt from the Postal Office showing the Tracking Number of your return. We will then inspect the item(s) upon arrival and will decide if a Shop Credit or Exchange is needed. Returned item(s) can not have any signs of wear & tear, perfumes nor washed / detergent smell. Please make sure to include a detailed note with your return package as to why you are returning as well as the Order Number. If you wish to return an item that is not damaged, you will get charged a 15% Restocking Fee and a Shop Credit will be applied. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS.
