LOCATED at the Grand Teton Mall, in Idaho Falls! We are looking for a kind hearted, driven & excited Assistant Manager! We love our customers and want someone that will prioritize our customers by making sure they always have a delightful experience in our store. We are all about creating a family feel as we are a local business that care about our customers. That being said we encourage the Assistant Manager to help the store manager create the same environment with all of their associates. We want someone who will help their store manager lead their team with positivity, organization, and hard work!

Responsibilities

Help your Store Manager with anything and everything she needs
Meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to your team of associates
Ensure customers have a good experience in your store

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
