During World War II, restrictions were so severe that women struggled even to acquire hairpins. A trend emerged for hats and turbans, which served to conceal unkempt hairstyles or roots in need of dyeing. Moreover, they added a unique flair that contrasted with the austerity of their dresses.

🤎Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, las restricciones eran tan fuertes, que la mujeres tenían dificultades incluso para adquirir horquillas para el pelo. Surgió la moda de los sombreros y turbantes que ocultaban un peinado deficiente o con falta de tinte. Además, añadían un toque original que contrastaba con la austeridad de los vestidos.
