In collaboration with the St. Pete Youth Farm, we will introduce kids and teens to the history, cultural significance, and uses of commonly grown plants through an educational tea tasting and discussion. Youth Farm staff will share information about plants such as moringa, mint, rosemary, lemon balm, and tamarind, including how they are grown, harvested, and brewed. Participants will sample tea blends and learn basic tea-brewing techniques while exploring connections between plants, wellness, and local food systems.
