I'm so excited to share my first pattern to be published in a magazine, Crochet Foundry Magazine to be specific.

The Entwined in Winter Tunic is very easy and beginner friendly. On top of all that she is size inclusive from XS-5XL!

The yarn I used was this gorgeous Woodlands Yarn from Mary Maxim . It was super soft and cozy with subtle hints of orange.

And I had my first and highly addictive experience using a Furls Crochet 5.5mm cochet hook for the first time. And that unique ergonomic hook had me speeding through my stitches with no fuss!

Who doesn’t love a cozy and warm tunic sweater in winter?

To test this pattern you will need to have a public Instagram account, be able to keep the pattern SECRET the pattern will be published in collaboration with the Crochet Foundry magazine, and complete the piece by Wednesday September 24st 2022.

The Entwined in Winter Tunic is an oversized and cozy dress perfect for the upcoming winter. Made using a 5.5 and 4.5 mm crochet hook with medium weight 4 yarn. The tunic is a quick make that is uber beginner friendly with no shaping. Designed with a cozy oversized fit with 8” positive ease on the bust.

This pattern uses standard American crochet terms. The tunic is worked by completing a series of panels: Back panel, front panel, and sleeves. These panels are then sewn together and the finishings are added like the ribbing.

Yarn requirements per size are as follows (Please note these are estimates):
XS: 1,800yds / 9 skeins
S-M: 2,000yds / 10 skeins
L-XL: 2,200yds / 11 skeins
2XL-3XL: 2,400yds / 12 skeins
4XL-5XL: 2,600yds / 13 skeins

Testers will be selected on September 8th 2022.

The School Girl Cardi, has been a long while in the making. I am so happy to introduce you to her! I have always loved the cardigans the anime girls wear, especially when they are oversized! They look so adorable!

I 💚 NEEDED 💚 one for myself and I am beyond excited to finally say I own one! And I want you to have one of your own so I wrote up the pattern for free [✨BE ON THD L👀K FOR THE RELEASE ✨]

The over all design is pretty simple and I added some fun textures by using the herringbone double crochet stitch. The school girl cardi is also super beginner friendly and is made up of 4 panels, 2 sleeves, no shaping!
