A little late! But, last weekend at the I jumped from a 6ft wall as I was coming down I second guessed my self and locked my knee. A couple days later found out that I have a torn ACL, torn meniscus on each side, chipped my knee bone, and last but not least have bone bruising on the patella and tibia.

All and all I have learned not to second guess myself, and just go for it!
