Hi everyone, I suppose you've noticed I'm actively back at Yard Down and have reclaimed my responsibilities as CEO. One commitment I've made "Let's Make Yard Down Great Again"! Oh wait, that wasn't me who used a like phrase....lmao....🤪 Ok on a serious note I am committed to growth and expansion this year. We'll be introducing new products and options, but by the same token some we have now will be archived. And then there's our illustrious Marketing Director Lorraine Insane........ I'm sure some of you know the challenges I face there. On the flip side cause of her multiple personalities Yard Down Apparel is in complete compliance with any and all EOE, state, federal, and even 👽 regulations!!!!🤣 Honestly though she is an inspiration and doing a great job. Okay there's my newsletter, hope to hear from you all soon and thanks for supporting Yard Down in it's creation and supporting Lorraine with the Balance special she's running. At a zero profit margin, but at a zero loss. So We break just about even but it's your gain!

Keeping the ball rolling!!!!

I've heard someone say...

"When you're building a clothing line, you know who your friends are by what they wear".

I forget who said it.....lol. That said we are really keeping busy with changing direction due to the COVID-19 pandemic and what apparently is our new world. We've survived to much and come to far to let this be the conclusion of Yard Down as it has been for so many American businesses, from huge big box stores to the paleteros and ice cream trucks that once roamed our neighborhoods. We're updating our website and store constantly to find better ways to meet your needs. We ask for your support by your input and to ad your photos in your Yard Down gear to our published photo gallery. Please send myself or Lorraine your pictures along with consent to post them on our website. Thanks again to you, our Yard Down community!

Hello everyone, first let me say once again how grateful we are for your patience and support. We're making great progress behind the scenes here. Added some new products, shot hundreds of new photos, & planning some special buys in the uncertainty of this COVID-19 Pandemic. Just getting materials has been as difficult here for us as toilet tissue has been for our society. Nevertheless we have obtained enough to put some of the face gear out for market. Price goudgers have monopolized the face mask market and we refuse to be associated with any enity that will sell out our societys needs for the sake of monetary gain. My goal was to be able to provide you with stylish face gear at below $8.00. We're basically passing on our cost to you, not looking for any profit. My personal belief is that if we all look out for eachother we'll come out a stronger society. Regardless of the actions of other enterprise Yard Down Apparel LLC will do what we can to make these days as simple as possible. We have already donated many pieces out and sold our prototypes at below cost in what we call our "hide your smile, not your style" campain. If you in fact cannot afford the masks at cost please contact Lorraine in marketing so that we can help. Quanities are very limited as we have given so many out to date. You can also conact Lorraine or myself to reserve yours in the next production run. Should be some available next week. "All" procedes from this campain will be turned into more face gear to provide our society until it's no longer needed for safety. We pray that will be soon. Please stay home as much as possible, take care of eachother, and stay safe.

Alot has changed at Yard Down Apparel through the years. This pic is of the very first shirt I ever produced. The little model is none other than our illustrious VP. Today she is 16....😉 So if you wondered how long we've been in business there you go. Yard Downs first lady executive.

Which brings me to the second lady executive Lorraine. Not too far back Lorraine began working with me to revamp and reenergize Yard Down as my physical condition has limited my abilities and taken its toll on Yard Down. I personally think she's the breath of fresh air we needed to get our momentum back. I'm very proud and confident in both the Yard Down execs! Please welcome Lorraine officially on board as our Sales and Marketing Director!!!!🥰 And by all means make her work as much as possible. I'll be in the background running R&D.
