Late August is the last dry stretch before Seattle rain sits in the track all winter.

We replaced a sliding door in West Seattle this summer. From the patio it looked fine. At the jamb it was rotting.

ZERO BIG REMODELS THIS WEEK. Best week in a while 🔨

Six jobs. Every single one under $1,000: a drywall patch before a move-out inspection, a garage that needed its boards nailed back, a broken deck board, a deep clean with two rooms of carpet.
