It takes a day and half for an ustad (master weaver) to make one of our Jamdani scarves! Each of the hundred motifs are individually pixellated using a special needle and trimmed off at the end. No wonder, UNESCO has declared the Jamdani art form as one of the Intangible Cultural Heritages of Humanity.
