Style is subjective. I usually have a pretty “modest” style in my daily life. I believe in comfort vs EVERYTHING. But when I got on vacation I’m definitely more relaxed. I wear the shorts and the thank tops and just live my life. This outfit was so comfy too! Pants and tank were from less than $15 for both things. But I most certainly splurge with my shoes. My husband got me my first pair of this summer and I have no complaints! LOVED THEM! Comfortable, great arch support and good straps for stability! Hat is which are the BEST for water and sweat…

I haven’t really taken a break to process Japan as a trip- let alone process Disneyland Tokyo. We got back and immediately went into back to school mode and high school prep and schedules. Literally still unpacking!!!

Disneyland Tokyo and Disney Sea are beautiful. As a a huge Disney fan and now haven visited 4 parks, I have to say Tokyo was amazing. Is it the best Disney park like people claim? I don’t think so. Does it have the most beautiful grounds yes. Disney Sea is on another level. It’s like Epcot but 100x better.

As far as the overall experience, what Disneyland Tokyo has that is superior is the people! The energy of the people is on another level. From the outfits, to the songs and dance and energy it was really something special. I couldn’t help but to be happy seeing the peoples outfits and their songs. The food is pretty awesome too and cheap.

The rides, meh, they’re about the same. Of course, the Baymax ride was SUPERIOR to anything. It’s the silliest (literally it’s like tea cups), but Lord it was the most fun I’ve had in my whole life. The animatronics are also superior. The Beauty and the Beast ride is beautiful and I did notice that the rides are longer.

If you have any questions about the park let me know. If you are thinking about just going Japan for Disney- I personally wouldn’t. You should really love Japan and venture out of the park. Disneyland Tokyo is at most a 3 day park. So going across the world for that might really not be worth it.

Merch was lacking IMO. But I did get some stuff I’ll show off on stories if you want to see.

Fall is in full swing and I’m enjoying every minute of it.
A week ago we finally checked out the town of Sleepy Hollow. And it did not disappoint. We walked the cemetery and this is really one of the most beautiful cemeteries ever.

Who’s ready for the weekend!!? I know I am! Even though we have nothing fun planned, I’m looking forward to enjoying the fall weather and maybe take a drive to check out the foliage.

I have to admit it’s been very hard for me to connect with social media. It’s just so frustrating to see the curated lives. I’ve been trying to stay away and just focus my energy on myself my family. Focusing on myself it’s been a struggle in its own because I have no idea how to dress this new body of mine. I’m trying to get away from my usual go to jeans, converse but it’s hard!

Le Château Frontenac et magnifique! is truly breathtaking. I understand why is the most photographed hotel in the world. Seriously. Not only is it architecturally stunning is also full of history, and the VIEWS!!!!! I couldn’t wait to see it.

If you visit please visit the château. Inside you can find pictures, paintings, and artifacts of when the hotel was built. Did you know that world leaders met here during World War II to discuss military strategies? Yes, The Quebec Conferences took place here.

I can’t tell you how much Quebec really impacted me. Maybe because I turned 40 there but there’s something about this city that made me fall in love! And drivable from NYC- can’t beat that!

Finally 40 and feeling all sorts of things. From certain frustrations to many accomplishments I’m confused on how to feel about a new milestone.

I haven’t shared an “outfit” in a hot minute because I’m still trying to learn how to dress this new version of my body. From a size 12 to a size 18-20 in less than 2 years (thanks to the meds I’m on!) I hide it well, I actually have never said this out loud or publicly. But it’s been challenging trying to understand how clothes fit me and how I feel in them. Honestly if it wasn’t for my sister I’d be back to jeans, and cardigans to hide my arms and bulky bags to hide my stomach.

My sister has been instrumental in helping get out of my head and see a different person than what I see in the mirror. I would NEVER in a million years wear a F***y pack! But I was feeling adventurous. I also wouldn’t be so keep into taking this kind of picture because I only see the imperfections, but alas we’re here and it’s 2022 so f**k other peoples expectations of what I’m supposed to look like!

Countdown to summmaaaaaaa!!!! Happy hump day. Who’s ready for infinite sunshine? I have to admit new album made me crave summer like never before! Have you listened to it? FYI, if you don’t know Benito, you should look up Spotify broken records. Because he just broke the most streamed artist globally in a single DAY!

Merry Christmas IG fam. Hope this holiday season brings you lots of joy, love and health. It’s been a rough 2021 emotionally, but I also accomplished a lot of things I never in my wildest dreams thought I would. While my blog and social media has been almost dead for the last few years, I do plan to be more active. I strive to be as real with you and honestly social media has been horrible to my mental health. Anyways I digress as always!!!
