I love a new month almost as much as I love ❤️ a new week. 😆 It's a time to start off fresh and crush some goals! 👍🏾

This month's challenge is to be more disciplined. 🙌I'm struggling to find a happy medium of no longer having to go into the office. 👩🏾‍💻 I literally went from super productive and discipline to complete slob and shiftless. 🤷🏾‍♀️

To kick off Discipline Month, I have been forcing myself to shower 🚿 , brush my teeth, and do my skincare routine every day. I also want to challenge myself to go outside 🍁 my house a few times a week. 😊

⏺Take a bath 🛁
⏺Burn a favorite candle 🕯 or diffuse your feel-good essential oil

Happy November!!! How did you celebrate Halloween 🎃 ? I stayed in my pajamas all day and took lots of naps. 😴

I normally don't partake in Christmas until long after Halloween 👻 but yesterday while I was out running errands I picked up the cutest Christmas 🎄 decorations. So now I'm that person! 🤦🏾‍♀️

Last night, I watched Halloween Town 🎃after hearing several people mentioned that they liked it. I'm not sure if I ever watched back in 1998. It was pretty cute but super cheesy. 😆

Happy Monday! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was productive and relaxing. I got a couple of walks in, worked on jewelry orders, and watched on . I am on the last episode and really enjoyed it! 😆A couple of other Netflix docuseries I have liked are Indian Matchmaking and Love on the Spectrum. Have you watched any of these? If so, what did you think?
