I woke up on a Saturday morning, heard the pop, and water flowed. 17 1/2 hours later a son was born. That was 40 years ago today.

It’s true life has happened over these 40 years, but God has kept you!! And I thank Him.

Pants and Jeans
Pants can be cuffed, hemmed, tapered and more. Complicated men's trousers or pants made from fragile fabrics may cost more to have altered. Big and Tall sizes may also cost more depending on the service. On average add $3 to alteration costs. Call for exact cost of service.

Replace crotch linings: $12
Add brace buttons: $12
Hem or cuff legs: $15
Replace zipper: $18
Alter the waist, crotch or seat: $15
Alter the waist, seat and crotch: $25
Taper legs: $20
Recut pants: $55

Tailoring jackets and sports coats
Note that a lined jacket or blazer may increase the cost of alterations because there's an additional layer of fabric that needs sewing.

Add shoulder pads: $15 each
Close the vent: $15 per vent
Take center seam in or out: $20
Shorten sleeves: $25
Take sides in or out: $25
Raise the back: $25
Lengthen sleeves: $28
Shorten the jacket: $70
Tailoring skirts
Hem: $20-$35, depending on lining
Take in or out skirt sides: $20
Alter the waist: $20

**Moving buttons .50-.75 per button depending on the fabric and type of buttons
