Pressed is a hand-pressed jewelry and apparel brand. Each item also carries a reminder to be "pressed on the heart". Why jewelry?

In our studio + store you’ll find our made-in-house goods as well as a curated collection of women’s and children’s fashion and gifts. My name is Kristen and I am the founder of Pressed. My designs find their inspiration from scripture verses, songs, or quotes that keep us grounded through the many seasons of life; words that bring us life when we wear them. I hand-sketch my own designs and the cr

eation process flows from there. Pressed was born out of a burning passion to create jewelry that is not only beautiful and fashionable but also a token of encouragement. I'm sure my 11 years in the fashion industry ingrained a bit of a love for shiny accessories. But even more, it is because jewelry has the unique ability to tell a story, both to those around us, as well as to ourselves. The name Pressed has a dual meaning. It speaks to both the hand-pressing of metal as well as the pressing times of life talked about in 2 Corinthians 4:8-9. One thing I love about that verse is that it says we are “perplexed but not in despair”. My personal story has a chapter or two straight out of that verse. During those seasons, I found myself drawn to jewelry with meaning. Though I didn't know it at the time, that was when Pressed was born. This brand has grown to include my husband Eric and a small team of other amazing souls who are passionate about the products we create together, and who are on a mission with us to put messages of light and hope and love into our world. In addition to hand-pressed jewelry, we have expanded Pressed to also include hand-pressed apparel and letterpress paper goods as well. My hope is that you will find hand-pressed products in our shop that connect with your story, and that they help to focus your heart and mind as you wear them.

The FT Store Operations Manager at Pressed is a key leader of customer service in both the brick-and-mortar store and in online interactions. They lead the team in all operational aspects of running the store, delegate tasks to other team members, and inspire the team to live out our mission and values.
