The STL Vegan Market has created a space that allows small businesses like mine to connect with the community in meaningful ways, and without opportunities like this, I honestly wouldn’t be able to afford to reach my community the way I do now. For that, I’m deeply grateful.

Sunflower Bakehouse

🌱🔥 NASHVILLE… Y’ALL DID NOT COME TO PLAY 🔥🌱

I finally made it to Sunflower Bakehouse and BABYYYY… this food was HITTING. 😭🔥

⭐️ Chipotle Burger + 1/2 Kale Caesar Salad — 9/10
⭐️ Bacon Philly Bake (NO onions) — 9/10
⭐️ Natalie’s Orange Pineapple Juice — 10/10 🍍🍊

And the DESSERTS?!?!
10/10 EASY. I already know I’m coming back for more. 🤤

The ONLY downside was finding out the Philly Bake usually isn’t separated from onions. The manager did come speak with me, which I appreciated, and I REALLY hope they can accommodate no-onion requests better in the future because the flavor was honestly amazing. 🙏🏾

Overall? Definitely worth the stop if you’re ever in Nashville. Vegan or not… this spot got FLAVOR. 🌱🔥

🍦🔥 STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING & GO TO KOKOS ICE CREAM 🔥🍦

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is HANDS DOWN some of the BEST ice cream I’ve EVER had. Like… every single flavor was hitting. 😭🔥

Customer service? 10/10.
Texture & consistency? 1000/10.
Flavor selection? INSANE.

And the best part? It’s ALL made with organic coconut milk 🌱🥥

I tried:
✨ Caramel Latte
✨ Cookies & Cream
✨ Lavender Dream

BABYYYYY… there is NOT a bad flavor in the building. Smooth, creamy, rich, flavorful… this ice cream is DIFFERENT. Nashville vegans, y’all better tap in ASAP.

I ordered:
🍦 Trio: Caramel Latte, Cookies & Cream, Lavender Dream
🍦 Small: Caramel Latte & Lavender Dream

And y’all… they have a CONE too 😭 I really don’t know why I didn’t get one. You can also grab a pint to take home which honestly might be the move next time. 🔥

🚨 FYI: They rotate flavors, so check their website before going!

🚗 Parking Tip:
There’s parking in the lot — just read the signs to see if payment is required. I went on a Sunday and parking was FREE.

Tried Chef Edd’s too_fly_liled Food and listen… he does NOT play about healthy, flavorful meals 🔥🌱

Got the Shroom Dinner with pan-seared lion’s mane, creamy mashed taters, and savory greens. The taters and mushrooms were my favorite 😍

Dessert? Berries & Cream Rolls… strawberry cinnamon rolls with strawberry frosting 🍓🔥

Overall: 7/10 — I’ll definitely be back to try more!

If you’re thinking about trying , here’s my honest take.

I ordered the vegan cheese slice for $9 and added vegan sausage for $1. One thing to note, the vegan sausage isn’t clearly listed on the menu, so I only knew it was an option because the employee told me. That might be something they want to make more visible.

As for the pizza, I’d definitely recommend asking for extra toppings. Without it, it felt like a lot of bread and sauce. I actually ended up going home and adding more vegan meat and cheese myself, and that made a big difference, it was really good after that.

Overall, I’d give the pizza a 7/10. However, the customer service was a 10/10, the music was a vibe, and the place was very clean, which I appreciated.

Would I go back? Yes, but next time I’m definitely loading up on toppings.
