Sister Yvonne and I are traveling this week and as we always do, searched out a quilt store. We stopped in at The Quilter's Cottage in Eureka Springs, AR and met the most amazing designer. Angelia Guest, Whispering Wind Ridge Quilt Designs was working there today and I get to say that we met an amazing designer that will go places. We also will get to say someday, "We knew her when"

WINNuER - We offered a set of our beautiful mirror finish teeth zippers as a door prize at Portland Market this past week end - and the winner is (drum roll) Suzy from Suzy's Stasy. Four days and counting 'till we leave for market. We left you hanging about the "Chair Thingy". TA DAAA!!!!! If you do needlework of any kind while you relax in your favorite chair in the evening you will absolutely love this item. This handy arm tray will hold your hooks, needles, scissors, ruler, markers and has plenty of pockets for yarn, thread and spools. No more tools down in the cushions, knitting needles or crochet hooks rolling off the table and hiding under the chair. It's a catch-all for everything, just super handy. We are excited to reveal this in Houston.

It's down to the deadline to wrap up new projects for fall Market. Houston is right around the corner. We're excited about the new Ellie bag, a little crossbody minimalist purse, just right your your larger phones, cash, cards and keys. The other item that will be debuting is called The Chair Thingy LOL, more on that one later but if you're a crafter with yarn or thread and needles or hooks you're going to want one! Stay tuned.

Look what we just did!!!
Our latest pattern, "Card Safe" comes with RFID fabric included in the pattern. Enough to make two Card Safe wallets. RFID (we just call it refried lol) fabric helps block electronic signals found in our credit cards and identification. Keeps your personal information a little bit safer. Card Safe is fun to make and a great gift item.
