The Quilting Bee has survived many traumatic events since our beginnings in the 70’s. From my early memory at my mothers store of desert storm with the yellow ribbons, 911 with our red white and blue flags (proudly on display everywhere), the 2008 financial crash and the pandemic shutdown to the present day challenging circumstances. Those steps include purchase of new inventory and the latest fabric releases (or designs).

Somehow we have been lucky to be able to push through, our resilience is rooted in our passionate customers like you. Maybe you remember pulling out that old sewing machine to get through those times. Or buying more fabric to get that feel good rejuvenation you so needed. With many brick and mortar stores that have not been so lucky over the 51 years of our existence, I know persistence and customer support is the reason for our continued success. Now with the latest news about a large craft chain closing, we are taking further steps to ensure you still have a sewing store you can depend on for that feel good moment. Those steps are new purchases of new inventory and new fabric.
