Effective immediately:
I will no longer be accepting last minute/rush orders without a fee. This is a huge inconvenience to me as well as to other people who have ordered prior to the rush order. Please understand that I work 3 days a week, I have two children & I am currently 6 months pregnant. I have listed my turn around times in a pinned post on this page- I need that time to ensure your order is the best quality it can be.

I will start posting some completed projects today, but beforehand, I would like to disclose a few things. Please initial once you’ve read. This will stay pinned on my page and added to if needed.

1. Custom orders must be paid for prior to completion. Please understand that designs that are name/occupation specific cannot always be sold to others.

2. Sublimated designs require a certain percentage of polyester to bond to the fibers- if you choose a shirt/material that does not have polyester, I cannot guarantee the longevity of the design. THIS IS PRIMARILY FOR MY COMFORT COLORS PEOPLE- the shirts are great, but even when treated, the design is not guaranteed to last.

3. I am a wife, a mama to two boys, and I work as a dental assistant three days a week. My goal is to get orders completed within 5-7 business days, but please understand that 3 days a week I am away from this job and at another. At times, I also have to wait on deliveries. I will always do my best to keep you updated on your orders, but please understand that I am human. If at anytime you have a question about your order status, you can always message me.

4. I can offer shipping if need be, otherwise, I will contact you about meeting arrangements to pick up your order. Please pick up orders promptly.

5. Sublimation is ink- that being said, it will not show up on dark colors. Also, the exact same design can look to be different colors depending on the shirt color you choose.

So, several weeks ago, it was brought to my attention that my previous business page was reported and deleted. BUT it’s okay, I’m back & I promise business hasn’t stopped without the page.

With that being said, allow me to re-introduce myself.

I am Alex- the face behind A. Lane Design Co. I am a full time wife & mama, and part time dental assistant. I started A. Lane Design Co when pregnant with my second little boy to have a side hustle to help me stay home with my kids more.
