🧡 Full payment is required before any digitizing, DTF printing, embroidery, or custom work begins.

🧡 Turnaround times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and material availability. Rush orders needed within 72 hours will include a $15 rush fee.

🧡 All custom orders are final sale due to the personalized nature of the items. Please double check names, sizes, colors, and design details before approving your order.

🧡 Test stitches/mockups will be sent when needed. Any requested changes must be made within your turnaround timeframe.

🧡 Pricing remains the same whether you provide the garment/item or I provide it. This is because the labor, digitizing, machine time, stabilizers, thread, and supplies remain the same.

🧡 Customers will be contacted once orders are complete and ready for pickup/shipping.
