Hi everyone!
I hesitated posting my inner thoughts on this, but I decided to throw caution to the wind and give an explanation on the closeout sale ❤️ 🫶🏼 Despite my valid reasons, this is probably one of the hardest posts and sales I have ever made😔 However, this isn’t a forever good bye!
I want to start off and say that you guys are and have always been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and immensely supportive!! CBJ would not have gotten this far without each and every like, comment, order, and conversation of encouragement ❤. Every time I was close to closing doors, your encouragement inspired me to keep creating 🙂 Currently, there are unavoidable reasons inspiring this change (listed in pictures).
What does this mean for CBJ?
CBJ isn’t going away completely! I am doing a closeout sale to clear out older products. The reasons for this are so I can have more peace of mind about closing down my Shopify website once most or all items are sold. Also, so I can have a clean slate to begin creating again when/ if I am ready 🙂 I won’t be creating anything new in a while since I need more time to focus on myself. But when/ if the time comes to create, I don’t want my new creativity to be limited by the storage space that older products pre-occupy.
I am absolutely keeping my CBJ social media accounts up and will probably be posting more non-business related content. I am hoping to do occassional story sales on Instagram in the future (instead of Shopify/ Etsy) and maybe in-person markets as well.
Thank you to all of the CBJ fam (that’s you!) for your support and encouragement throughout the years!
Hopefully, after this break I will be back. But, you will be the first to get an update either way 🙂
