Gossip Bench / Telephone Chair — Vintage 1950s

Gorgeous vintage 1950s gossip bench/telephone table! Mahogany wood with a sleek MCM design and crescent moon table with a cubby. It was formerly decoupaged with clippings from 1920s magazines both on the inner cubby and outside, and a reupholstered art deco inspired seat, adding an extra “antique” touch to this gossip bench!

The 1920s magazine clippings create a cute fashion collage!

Beautiful pair of vintage Lane Furniture nightstands, carefully repaired and restored to preserve their original mid-century condition.

Each nightstand features a single drawer, open lower shelf, and walnut veneer with a dark walnut stain. The restoration included sanding out surface scratches, repairing small nicks and securing lifting veneer on the legs, applying fresh stain matching the original color, and finishing both pieces with a new protective topcoat.

These Lane nightstands are sturdy, functional, and are a great fit for MCM, vintage, eclectic, or modern home interiors!
As genuine vintage furniture, there are minor signs of age and use, but the overall condition has been dramatically refreshed while maintaining their original character.

As Lane serial numbers can be read as dates, these nightstands were manufactured on January 20th, 1972.

Beautiful vintage Craddock “Dependable Furniture” drop leaf dining table dating to approximately the 1940s-1950s. Crafted in a classic Duncan Phyfe style, this piece features rich mahogany wood, elegant pedestal legs, and decorative brass lion’s paw feet.

The outer drop leaves, and hidden black lacquer leaf, allow the table to expand for dining or fold down to save space, making it perfect as a dining table, breakfast table, game table, or accent piece. Solid construction with timeless craftsmanship that’s difficult to find in modern furniture.

The table is in very good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. Please see photos for the best representation of its condition.
