Every time you held it together... the accident, the loss, the years of stress nobody named as trauma because it was just your normal... your nervous system stored it.
Not to hurt you. To protect you.

Most of us were never taught how to complete that cycle.

How many sessions does it take?
Honest answer: it depends.
One session starts to release the pressure. Most people feel a noticeable shift after their first 45 minutes. Not fully resolved... but lighter. Like something that has been coiled inside finally got room to breathe.
The deeper work and releasing the older patterns, the root-level emotional imprints, that comes with continued sessions.
Think of it this way. One session opens a window in a room that has been closed for years. The air starts to change. Continuing the work keeps the window open until your nervous system learns that calm is its new baseline.
Some clients come monthly. Some more frequently. Some come for a few focused sessions and find what they need.
There is no one-size answer. We figure it out together.

What does it actually feel like when your nervous system starts to regulate?
Not what it looks like from the outside. What it feels like from the inside.
Here is what my clients describe.
~A spiral that used to last two days lasts two hours. Then one. Then it just passes.
~A morning that does not start with dread.
~Saying no without the guilt spiral that usually follows.
~Catching yourself before the loop starts instead of realizing you were in it for an hour.
~A daughter noticing: you seem lighter. And realizing she was right.
~Sleeping through the night.
~Making a decision without running every worst case scenario first.

None of these are dramatic. All of them are real.
Regulation does not mean you never get triggered. It means the triggers do not own you the way they used to.

You are someone whose nervous system learned that staying alert... analyzing every outcome, monitoring every relationship, scanning every situation for what could go wrong... was how you stayed safe.

It worked. For a while.
The problem is your brain is still running that software even when the original threat is long gone.

That is not a character flaw. That is a survival response that outlasted its purpose.

You cannot think your way out of it. Not because you are not smart enough, but because the pattern is not living in your thoughts. It is living in your nervous system.
You can understand it completely and still find yourself replaying the same conversation at 2am.

Maybe you do not even know where it started.
Maybe you do not want to go back and dig through all of it.
Maybe you have already done that and it still has not moved.

You do not have to relive anything here.

Muscle testing communicates directly with your body's intelligence. Your body knows what is stored and what is ready to release. You do not have to have the whole story figured out.

Some people share a lot in a session while some share very little. Both work exactly the same.

You just have to show up for yourself and be open. That is all.

Emotional Body Coding works with your body.

For a lot of people... the issue is not what they think, it's what their body is still holding.

Chronic stress, grief, fear. These are not just emotional experiences, they are physical ones. Your nervous system stores them and keeps running protective patterns long after the original situation is over.

That is where we go and that is what we release.
Without reliving anything and without forcing a mindset shift your body does not believe yet.
