📢 IMPORTANT ORDER UPDATE

Due to a family emergency, new orders placed after today will be delayed and completed beginning the week of September 5.

If I have already communicated your completion date to be before Sunday 8/29 those orders will be complete as promised.

Ordering will remain open, but my usual quick turnaround—including last-minute orders—will be temporarily unavailable.

As always, orders will be completed in the order they are received. I will never jeopardize quality to move an order ahead, but I promise to work diligently when I return.

As Elite Home Services continues to grow, we want to make sure we’re not just getting bigger—we’re getting better.

More customers and more crews means more moving pieces. That’s why we’re excited to officially welcome our daughter Yulissa to the Elite Home Services team!

She’ll be helping behind the scenes with help scheduling our crews, coordinating estimates, job tracking, communication, and help with marketing—all the things that help keep us organized and provide our customers with the experience they deserve.

But for us, this is about more than adding someone to the office.

Yulissa is one of our six kids, and when we started Elite, we dreamed about building something our children could someday be a part of.

We’re not just trying to build a successful business. We’re trying to build something our kids can be proud of—and, if they choose, something they can someday help carry forward.

That’s the dream of a lot of entrepreneur parents: build something bigger than yourself and create a legacy for the next generation.

We don’t know where this journey will take us, but getting the opportunity to work alongside our kids and watch them learn, grow, and become part of what we’re building makes it that much more special. Hopefully we get more of them involved as we grow!
