Enger is an American special effects makeup artist born and raised in Northern Michigan (Traverse City) best known for her work on "Thaw of the Dead" & for soon to be released "Crepitus." Although known for her special effects artistry she is a diverse makeup artist who has dabbled in theater, film and beginning experience in body painting. es the challenges of learning new skills. From a very young age Nicole immerged herself in special effects before she really understood what is was. As she gained experience, she continued by branching off into theater and dance techniques. After being recognized for the zombie makeup and the Traverse City Zombie Run , Nicole was contacted and offered a special effects position on a local zombie film. As of 2017, Nicole has taught three special effects classes for a local costume shop. The classes were quite popular, and future classes are now in the works which include theater, dance and period makeup. She continues to educate and expand her expertise, and looks forward to future projects.
